FREE RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from tumi.co.id. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box, and other charges where applicable. We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes, and with all original paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure full credit. Please note: Sale, monogrammed and personalized items, including TUMI Accents, cannot be returned.

Please contact our Customer Service at cs.tumi@mapfashion-info.com or WhatsApp to request for a return. Our Customer Service will send you an AWB (Airway Bill) Number, so you will just have to drop the product and show the AWB Number at the JNE counter of your choice.

We do not accept any product to be returned directly to the store. Please make sure you contact our Customer Service, to initiate the Return Process, and get all information about our Return and Refund Policy.

We only accept returns from products purchased at tumi.co.id Indonesia. Physical TUMI Full price store returns can be returned back to the store within the original country of purchase only. They cannot return it to tumi.co.id.

NO EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at any time. You must return your product within 14 days of delivery. You then can re-order a new product on tumi.co.id.

CREDIT

You can expect a full refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes, minus the shipping, handling, and gift box charges, where applicable:

For payment by Credit Card: the refund amount will be credited to the Credit Card used for the payment.

For payment by Bank Transfer: Please provide the bank account information to our Customer Service. The Refund will be issued maximum 14 business days after we receive your bank information.

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you would like to return an item that you purchased on tumi.co.id, please follow the instructions outlined below.

  1. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
  2. Go to the JNE Agent of your choice with the product already packed and bringing the return label sent by email by our Customer Service. It is not necessary to print the return label, but you must show it at the JNE counter.
  3. Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package, and make sure the delivery address it properly showing.
  4. Keep the JNE Return Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status.
  5. Once your item has been delivered, please allow 3-5 days processing time within the warehouse for them to inspect, scan and process the return. Please also take notice, it is to the discretion of your bank on how long it takes for it to show up on your credit card statement.
