Shipping information

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Shipping is free on tumi.co.id for all products, and delivery is only available within Indonesia. All our products are shipped by local courier service JNE and details for tracking your order will be provided in the Order Tracking Email once the order is shipped. For more details please see our FAQs.

  • Delivery Methods: Products will be shipped via JNE Regular Delivery Service.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday excluding National Holidays). The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery address and follows JNE standard policy.
  • Monogramming Items: Items with monogramming require additional time. Please allow approximately 2-4 additional business days to deliver your order.
ITEM AVAILABILITY

Most products are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products may be out of stock but still online. We attempt to keep inventory accurate and update as frequently as possible. If the item you ordered is actually out of stock our customer service team will contact you for instructions on how to proceed.

Most orders begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Products are shipped once they are located in store, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. In-Stock products are shipped within 1-2 full business days after order payment.

Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays in Indonesia.

Please note: expected shipment times specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to location of your shipping address. Delivery times will also increase if you choose monogram in your order.

  • Products available for monogramming: We currently offer complimentary monogramming for most of our travel and business design collections. Monogramming will be placed on the exterior leather monogram patch and/or luggage tag where available.
  • Monogram styles: The monogramming is available in TUMI Red colour. We offer one size lettering style with a maximum of three (3) initials.
  • Timing: The monogramming of an item requires additional time. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days processing time for all items with monogramming. Please note: once monogramed, an item is not returnable.
FINDING YOUR ORDER STATUS

The status of your order is easy to find.

  • Check Your E-mail: You are required to enter an email address during Checkout, so that you may receive e-mails regarding the status of your order. Please click on the link within your email and it will direct you to tumi.co.id "Order Status Page." This is where you may enter your order number and/or email address to view your order status.
  • Visit The Website: You may sign in at tumi.co.id for your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available. In order to see your tracking information, click on the tracking number provided to you on the Order History page.
  • Contact Us: If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via cs.tumi@mapfashion-info.com.
WHEN CAN YOU TRACK YOUR ORDER?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our store and is on the way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.

HOW IS ORDER STATUS DIFFERENT FROM TRACKING INFORMATION?

The status of your order is supplied by tumi.co.id. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our store. Once your order leaves our store, it is handled by JNE, who will provide tracking information until your order is delivered. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available.
